Recommends strategies for maximizing reimbursement and market share and provides mentorship to junior colleagues.
Support the Senior Finance Manager of Core Distribution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Prepare variance reports and in-depth analysis on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, collaborating with business partners and Accounting. Maintain and update forecast models, providing decision support analysis for contract changes, new products, and long-term planning. Fulfill reporting requirements and ad-hoc requests.
